Give Dredge's reload projectile a 3-second cooldown.Instead of altering Scuttle directly, I have two suggestions that would indirectly affect it and greatly smooth out the gameplay experience. Once you hit 3/3 Deft Hands you become a one-man slaughter machine capable of soloing the entire enemy team. 1/3 and 2/3 Deft Hands and you may as well be playing without it entirely. Scuttle - Lots of fun to be had with this talent, but some problems are the utter reliance on Deft Hands, and the absurd scaling with it. Also, if you do happen to hit someone directly with Harpoon while using this talent, it should trigger the AoE explosion at the enemy's location. I suggest making the explosion radius bigger and adding an AoE version of Harpoon's direct hit slow. Right now, triggering this talent's explosion is arguably worse than just landing a direct hit, making it a consolation for missing rather than something to use on purpose. No changes to Harpoon's default cooldown.Ībyssal Spike - This talent really needs some love. To that end, I suggest making it give Harpoon a knockback and letting it pin enemies to walls like Sha Lin's Impaler Arrow. Personally, I would change gears entirely from a design standpoint and just focus on making it buff Harpoon and what it already does, instead of taking away its utility to make it spammable. I think everyone agrees that it unbalances the loadout cards tied to Harpoon and needs to change. Hurl - Some people are convinced this is overpowered, others find it rather "meh". Coming from someone who absolutely loves this champion, here are some balance adjustments I feel would be appropriate. I've played a LOT of Dredge in the past day or so.
