The outer layers of the armor are made of thermal superconductor, and a deployable superconductor sail is include with the tank to enable rapid heat loss. It provides, however, a reliable and cheap weapon for both Prussian and allied forces to contend with vehicles such as the Chronosian Leman Russ and other common battlefield tanks of the galaxy. Its protection provided mostly by its advanced technetium armor, the A-34-85 carries no energy shielding.
