My brother injured his foot whilst here and the way in which the staff and doctor on site helped him so efficiently was really amazing. Anything they could do to help you, they would and also they would keep checking in with you to make sure you're happy and everything was ok. Such a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The staff and management here make this place. We could do this at any time of day and often book for that very night! Really good! We often ate at the Egyptian or pagoda for lunch then either buffet or a le carte in the evening. No issues at all booking into them via the touch screen in reception. The a le carte restaurants were also really good and we particularly liked the Asian. The food was brilliant and really varied throughout the two weeks in the buffet restaurant and we always had so much choice.
There is good snorkelling off the jetty at the coral there too which we enjoyed. The hotel itself is stunning with fantastic pool areas and right on the beach. We will definitely return next year to meet up with the many friends we made whilst here.
What a fantastic resort! Just spent 2 weeks here with family and friends and have thoroughly enjoyed every second of it.
